Origin Story

Em-J and Rachel met in an Acro Yoga class under a canopy of Cedar and Oak trees at the women's retreat Spirit Weavers in Southern Oregon. Later at the Gathering, in a motherhood circle we discovered we each have baby boys who are similar in age. Inspired by our experiences at Spirit Weavers, connection to each other, and other like minded sisters, we felt called to create opportunities to continue gathering. We find that dropping into ceremony in playful and intentional ways helps to inspire, rejuvenate, and clarify all our other important commitments to ourselves,
our families,
and our communities.

The Experience

Gathering Together is a one day retreat for people who identify with the woman experience. Recognizing that there is no one unifying female experience. If you identify with the woman experience in some way, please join us!
We offer a rich schedule with classes that run simultaneously, allowing you to choose the sessions that best fit your interests.
We create space in between classes
to connect with other attendees.
We provide a fresh and filling catered lunch, wild-crafted herbal tea to sip throughout the day, and lovingly prepared snacks.
At the conclusion of the Gathering, we’ll send you off feeling uplifted, inspired, and having a stronger connection to a local community of sisters and practitioners.
